The Journey of the Red Rider

Today I had a meeting Cassandra Christian of the ADA. The meeting was about becoming a Red Rider ambassador. We shared ideas about things to do with the Red Rider program, how to get people involved, how to get people involved with diabetes and how to get them involved in cycling. We also talked about things we can do to make this years Tour de Cure the most memorable one. Lots of good ideas I am looking forward to this year.

I want to welcome all those who are interested to my blog. If there are any diabetics out there that need help, hope or encouragement blog me. I am going through the same thing. I would particularly like to hear from other cdiabetics into cycling. I am starting up my cycling training again in order to get back into shape and inprove my cardiovascular system. I would love to hear from you all.
