Todays meeting

Today I had a meeting Cassandra Christian of the ADA. The meeting was about becoming a Red Rider ambassador. We shared ideas about things to do with the Red Rider program, how to get people involved, how to get people involved with diabetes and how to get them involved in cycling. We also talked about things we can do to make this years Tour de Cure the most memorable one. Lots of good ideas I am looking forward to this year.

Hi there Tony,
I'm a type 2 diabetic & avid cyclist. I'm planning on doing the Tour de Cure here in Georgia myself this year. I've done the ride for several years & really enjoy it. I do my best to manage my type 2 using diet & exercise. I've noticed that works better for me than being on medication so far. I hope things are going well for you & hope to stay in touch.
